A qualified electrician by trade, Simon has developed broad expertise across electrical systems, commissioning processes and the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. His experience includes senior roles supporting major data centre developments, where reliability, compliance and operational readiness are essential.
Through his work with organisations including BGIS, Simon has gained a practical understanding of the requirements of data centre operators, electrical contractors, commissioning teams and facility owners.

After successfully establishing and operating Xavier Advertising, Matt transitioned into construction and critical infrastructure, developing extensive experience managing projects, contractors and site operations.
Through roles with BGIS and subsequent project delivery positions, Matt has gained valuable experience coordinating works within complex operational environments, managing stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
